RETURN POLICY

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

When it comes to our extracts, we have a strict replacement only policy.

Why?

These products are consumables meaning once the product leaves our hands, we can no longer resell it in the event of a return.

That being said, if an extract is damaged during shipping, we ask that you take a few photographs of the damage and send it to us at mindfullmycology@gmail.com. Once we confirm the damage, we'll send a replacement bottle to you free of charge.  

Any non-consumable products (t-shirts) can be returned. The shipping cost of returning these product is the responsibility of the consumer.
