Oyster Mushroom "Bacon"

  1. Heat 4 Tbsp oil, butter or ghee in a pot on medium-high heat

  2. Thinly cut pink oyster mushrooms into 3 to 4-inch strips

  3. Add salt to taste and brown mushrooms until crispy, about 10 minutes

  4. Turn off heat and add 2 tsp smoked paprika

  5. Mix well and enjoy!
